I was going to work out after work but it was raining (and hasn’t stopped)

so I figured I would work out in the living room.

Except my parents are in there chatting all evening.

Summer Workout Plan is finished aha.

  • Use it for June, July and August, even as a base.
  • If you are more advanced, just do more reps and sets of each exercise.
  • 30 Day Shred is written here twice. I don’t do it daily because I do a lot of other exercises. Aim to do it twice a week, or more.
  • This doesn’t include arms. The 30-60 minutes of cardio could be used as 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of arms / weights in the gym.
  • I hope you like it ! :)
